Our candles are made with our own blend of Ceda Serica Coconut Apricot/ Beeswax.   Ceda Serica is a high-quality wax. It is a complex blend of coconut and apricot waxes, combined with a very small amount of food-grade paraffin, and is designed to give a creamy off-white appearance. It provides excellent fragrance throw, exhibits an evenness of burn and wax consumption.  We also use beeswax to achieve a longer burn time.  Our candles are handmade and poured, we have personally tested each candle 10 times as well as had customers test them before they are put up for sale.  Note: Being handmade, there may be slight imperfections as they are handled by our own human hands.  We have tested tirelessly to make sure you get the best quality candle.  If you have any issues with the performance, we would like you to contact us and let us know about it so we can offer a solution if something shall arise with wick performance, flame performance, melting performance and Hot Throw.

Our first series of candles released have cracking wood wicks and are the 8 oz smoke jars. Wood wicks as we have experienced can vary in performance as wood is a natural product and each one is unique to itself.

Size matters, these 8 oz candles are meant for Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Smaller Kitchens and Offices for best results in Hot Throw performance.

All fragrances are phalate free and contains no vanillin.

If you know a lot about candles great, however thru this journey of candle making We thought we knew too.  Im going to explain the care and burn recommendation of how to properly burn and care for our candles to get perfect candle burn.

Properly burning a candle is important to ensure that it burns evenly, safely, and lasts for as long as possible and still has a good HT (hot throw) Here are some tips for properly burning our 8 oz coco apricot candle.

 

1.  Our wood wick candles are precut for your first burn to ensure first burn is on target.  Always gently break or cut the charred wick before relighting your candle each time to prevent excessive smoking and ensure a clean burn. You can purchase a wick cutter on the candle page.
2. Burn the candle for the appropriate amount of time:   General rule is 1-2  hours for every inch of jar diameter.  The 8 oz. smoke Jars are 3 1/2 inches so minimum burn time is 4 hours.   This will help prevent tunneling, where the candle burns down the center and leaves thick wax around the edges.  With our Coco Apricot candles, wax may remain on wall thru the first few burns but will thin as it burns but will eventually melts down if burned properly.  Fragrances are the fuel of a candles, so each fragrance burns different. The candle should reach full pool by 4- 6 burns.  This allows for a long burning candle.  we are getting about 48 plus hours out of this 8 oz with 4-hour increment burn tests.
3. Keep the candle away from drafts: Drafts can cause the flame to flicker and can lead to uneven burning or a shorter burn time.
4. Keep the wax pool clear of debris: Make sure there is no debris, such as wick trimmings, in the wax pool as this can cause the candle to burn unevenly.
5. Stop burning the candle when there is 1/4 inch of wax left: Continuing to burn the candle when there is only a small amount of wax left can cause the container to overheat and crack.
6. Keep the candle out of reach of children and pets: Ensure that the candle is placed on a stable surface and away from anything that could catch fire.

By following these tips, you can enjoy your candles safely and ensure that they burn evenly and for as long as possible.

7oz Amber Libby Jars /Paraffin wax/ Cotton wicks 

7 oz Amber Libby recommended for small spaces office, desk, bath, bed, or kitchen.

Our second series of candle are made of colorless Paraffin wax.  It is a smooth, creamy, wax, with an exceptional cold and hot throw.  It has very good burn characteristics.

These 7 oz Libby Jars have cotton wicks are pre-cut for your first burn to ensure your first burn is on target.  Burn these candles for minimum of 4 hrs. maximum of 6 hrs. at a time for good burn, wax should reach a full pool at 3 to 4 hours. These Cotton wicks need to be trimmed to 1/4 to 1/8 inch with a wick trimmer.   We are getting about 45 plus hours out of this 7 oz with 4-hour increment burn tests.
