Returns & Cancellations
Returning Product
Please contact Rockwood Elements before returning any product. Do not send return until return instructions are emailed to you.
If you received wrong item or item arrived damaged. Please notify us immediately, no more than 7 days.
Rockwood Elements will accept returns up to 30 days from purchase. Item must be unused and in same condition that you received it.
Cancellation Product
You may cancel your order for a full refund up until the time of shipping. If you cancel after the item has been shipped, you will be responsible for return shipping fees.
Refunds or Credit
Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. A message will be sent via email to notify you of your approval or rejection.
If approved shipping and handling fees will be deducted, even if you had free shipping at time of ordering. Rockwood Elements incurred fees for shipping and handling. You will be notified of all deductions to your refund.
Refunds will not be given due to negligence or wear and tear.
Refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Refunds could take 7 to 10 days.
