Shipping Info

All orders placed with Rockwood Elements will be processed after credit card approval within 2-3 business days.

If you live in the area and would like to pick it up at our store click local pick up and we can arrange a time to pick up your order.

Shipping only within the United States

Rockwood Elements ships USPS and UPS; and should arrive within 3 – 6 business days (not including holidays) from the day item(s) are shipped. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii could take up to 15 days to arrive from the day they are shipped. Rockwood Elements has no control over package once it is shipped.

Rockwood Elements does not ship on weekends and holidays. A shipping confirmation will arrive via e-mail once order is shipped and provide a tracking number.
